Sac Regional Open Swim Meet

October 19-20, 2024

California Capital Aquatics attended the Sac Regional Open at Whitney High School in Rocklin Oct 19-20. 18 swimmers competed for CCA. Weather was great for fast swimming and our athletes took advantage of the opportunity. Several swimmers had big time drops with a couple new qualifying times for champs meets. Congratulations to all swimmers that attended the meet & keep up the great work!

Best times and new cuts:

  • Eli A. established a new time in the 200 Free (Oregon Cut) and swam a best time in the 100 Back (Oregon Cut)

  • Ashlyn A. swam best times in the 400 IM (Oregon Cut), 50 Free

  • Adam G. established new times in the 100 Breast (Texas Cut), 100 Free, 200 Breast (Texas Cut), 200 Free, 50 Free

  • Rylan H. swam best times in the 100 Back, 200 Free (Oregon Cut)

  • Lena M. swam a best time in the 200 Fly (Oregon Cut)

  • Shreya established a new time in the 200 Free and went a best time in the 100 Back

  • Lilly S. swam best times in the 100 Breast (Oregon Cut), 200 Breast (Oregon Cut), 400 IM (Oregon Cut/New SNS Champs Cut)

  • Zaza swam best times in the 100 Back (Oregon Cut), 100 Breast (Oregon Cut), 100 Free, 200 Breast (Oregon Cut), 200 Free (Oregon Cut), 50 Free (Oregon Cut)

  • Ryan S. swam a best time in the 200 Back (Texas Cut)

  • Ryder S. established a new time in the 500 free and swam best times in the 100 Back, 100 Breast, 100 Fly (Texas Cut), 200 Free, 200 IM, 50 Free

  • Fareed T. swam a best time in the 100 Breast

  • Max V. established new times in the 100 Free, 50 Free

  • Kinan W. swam a best time in the 100 Breast
